This is how the lens gets scratched on day one of a trip.We made this cover from leftover block print fabric — the same fabric that goes into our sarees and coord sets. Flat, light, fits in any bag without taking over it.It's not a case. It's just the thing that's always with you.

The first time someone explained Ajrakh to me, I stopped mid-sentence.

I used to think a crisp, structured fabric meant quality.
Then I started working closely with weavers. And I realised — the most chemically untouched a fabric is, the more it moves, creases, breathes.

The most processed it is, the more it holds its shape.
We've been trained by fast fashion to read crease as cheap. It's the opposite.The fabric that creases is the fabric that's still alive.
