2 ingredients super simple coconut cookies 🍪

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• 4 tbsp coconut powder/desiccated coconut
• Pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)

Method:
Mash the banana well.
Mix in coconut powder and cinnamon.
Shape into tiny melts.
Bake at 180°C for 10 mins, flip, and bake again for a few more minutes.
You can also pan cook them with a little ghee 🤍

These soft, no-sugar cookies are made with just a few clean ingredients and come together in minutes — perfect for those little hunger moments when you want something quick and feel-good.

Ingredients:• 1 ripe banana• Less than ½ cup almond flour• Less than ½ cup coconut flour• 1 tbsp ragi atta

Method:

Slice and mash the banana really well.

Add almond flour and coconut flour (homemade or store-bought).

Mix in 1 tbsp ragi atta.

Combine everything into a soft dough.

Line and lightly grease a baking tray.

Scoop small portions, roll into balls, and place on the tray (makes ~5 cookies).

Flatten gently with a fork.

Preheat oven at 200°C for 4 mins.

Bake for 7 mins, flip, then bake another 3–4 mins.

Some days I genuinely don’t know what to cook for my baby… and suji upma is always my safe answer 🤍

It’s soft, comforting, packed with veggies, and comes together in minutes—perfect for those busy mom days when you still want something wholesome on the plate ✨

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp suji (semolina)
• 1 small onion (grated)
• 1 small tomato (grated)
• 1 small carrot (grated)
• 1–2 tsp ghee
• Water (as needed)

Method:
• Dry roast the suji in a pan with a little ghee till aromatic, then keep aside
• In the same pan, add ghee and sauté onions till soft
• Add tomatoes, cook till mushy
• Add carrot and cook for a minute
• Mix in the roasted suji
• Add water gradually, stirring continuously to avoid lumps
• Cook till soft and smooth

On today’s menu, we’ve got aloo matar 🥔🫛
A childhood favourite that I grew up loving… and now Sia finishes it just as quickly 🤍
Simple, comforting, and full of flavour.

Ingredients:
• 1 tomato (peeled & chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• ½ cup boiled matar (peas)
• 1 aloo (diced)
• 1 tsp fennel powder
• ½ tsp ginger powder
• Oil
• Water

Method:
• Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions till golden
• Add tomato and cook till soft
• Mix in fennel powder, ginger powder & a pinch of turmeric powder
• Add boiled matar and sauté
• Add boiled potatoes, then ½ cup water
• Cover and cook on low for about five minutes.

That’s it—warm, wholesome, and always a hit 🫶
