A small note from the founder ❤️
When I started Samhita Weaves, my dream was never just to sell sarees or dupattas.
It was to celebrate the beauty of India’s handloom heritage and bring the stories woven into every fabric to the people who value them.
Over the years, I’ve realised that every handwoven piece carries more than colour and texture—it carries patience, tradition, and the quiet dedication of the artisan who created it.
As someone who loves Indian textiles and believes in preserving our crafts, I feel grateful for every person who has chosen handloom and supported this journey with us.
This National Handloom Day, I invite you to celebrate the hands behind every weave. Let’s cherish our heritage, support our artisans, and ensure these beautiful traditions continue to inspire generations to come.
