Terms & Conditions of Purchase:
1. Goods once sold will not be exchanged owing colour/shade differences all of us are using different settings, so please allow for up to shades lighter/darker
2. Goods will be exchanged in case of any damage found and proved within 3 days of the client receiving the order. Any damage plea post 3 days will not be entertained.

s are checked and then only dispatched, but in case of human error where damage has been overseen, full refund or exchange will be done if brought to our notice within 3 days of receipt not post that.
4. Orders will be dispatched only after payment is received.
5. If you are not willing to take the courier provided by us and want super fast courier, it can be arranged but it is 2 to 3 times the cost of the courier that we avail.
6. You have to bear a period of 8 to 10 working days post dispatch as we avail economic courier service which is by surface and not by air.
7. Any order on pre-booking will be done only once payment is made.
8. At times we may not be able to answer your calls, kindly leave your query on messenger.
