The shop is open from morning 10:00 to evening 10:00, 365 DAYS of the year so as to provide complete convenience and satisfaction to the customers. Our showroom has a team of Sales executive whose basic objective to give a very personalized service to its every customer.They are even given books to maintain the needs and requirement of every customer and follow up with them whenever new stock arrives. They are intimated personally/by SmS or by mail as the need be. All the goods sold from the shop are of GUARANTEED QUALITY, if they get any problem at any time immediate service is given to them. Still if they are not satisfied the goods are exchanged and given to them
Customer Scheme
The customers who buy on regular basis from The Shop are given “PRIVILEGE MEMBERSHIP” free of cost. In this membership the customer can benefit up to 25% on their cumulative purchases. Points are issued on all the purchases made by our Customers, including our Online Customers.For the Loyalty scheme we are tied up with Capillary an MNC company which is specializing only in Loyalty Programme. As the bill is made you shall be intimated on your mobile no. with the points what you have earned.This is cumulated and the same benefit shall be passed on to our Customers. The store likes to maintain all fresh stocks, Any stock which is unsold for a certain period of time are sold away by giving extra discount benefit to the customer, indirectly providing year around discounts for the customers. At present special discount UPTO 50% is being provided on SELECTED ITEMS
