Lehenga Choli

Lehenga choli becomes the most popular attire for women mainly in north India, during the 10th century. Lehenga gets full-blown fine craftsmanship with the arrival of the Mughals in India from the 12th to 18th century.
An original and ancient form of lehenga was stitched from cotton after that royal fabric was embossed with embroidery in silk and the barcode was used and later on it became the royal attire.
Now, the Lehenga choli is a traditional dress of Rajasthan and Gujarat, this dress is a combination of three pieces, a lehenga which is a long skirt, a choli that is similar to a blouse with more length, and an odhani, a kind of dupatta or a scarf.
