Behind Naav, there’s a story of a mother and a daughter.

Long before Niharika officially joined Naav three years ago, she was already a part of it. Growing up, while I worked full-time, she would come to the office after school and spend countless hours surrounded by fabrics, sketches, artisans, and endless conversations about design. Looking back, stepping into fashion almost felt like the most natural path for her.

She went on to study Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design in New York, and today she brings her own creativity, perspective, and heart to Naav. Watching your daughter become your partner is a feeling that’s difficult to put into words.

This journey has become so much more than building a business. It’s about learning from each other, growing together, celebrating the wins, standing by each other through every challenge, and creating something we both deeply believe in.

Naav has always been about relationships, and this one is the heart of it all.

Here’s to creating, dreaming, and growing—together. 🤍

At Naav, every new woman who joins our sewing floor is a milestone worth celebrating.

In a traditionally conservative region, many women have limited opportunities to work outside their homes. Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace where they can build skills, earn an income, and grow with confidence is something we are deeply proud of.

Watching the number of women on our production floor grow is truly a feather in our cap. Every stitch they sew is a stitch towards empowerment, independence, and a stronger future—not just for themselves, but for their families and communities.

Here’s to many more women, many more dreams, and many more beautiful garments. ❤️
