Just in case you didn’t know, we also share stories from our design journey and natural dye practice on our website. Our latest blog is dedicated to the indigo we use and source from , a women-led farm whose work and values we deeply admire.
This piece is an ode to the color blue—its history, beauty, and the magic it brings to our studio. It is also a reflection on how fortunate we feel to work with such precious natural materials, both for HeenaAgrima and for the wonderful brands we collaborate with. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed writing it.

Amythyst & Emerald Fallon is one of our bestselling silhouettes at HA — loved for its versatility and effortless charm. Designed to be worn front-to-back or back-to-front, the delicate tie details at the back transform beautifully into an elegant neckline when reversed.

Each Fallon is crafted in our signature Oasis textile and naturally dyed in a range of colours. The pink tones are created using sappanwood, indigo, and iron, while the greens come from a blend of indigo and marigold.

Every piece is patch-dyed by hand, one at a time, creating unique dye landscapes and soft colour variations. We make these little dye mountains fresh for every order, ensuring that no two Fallons are ever exactly alike.

What have we been up to? A lot — fun, chaotic, and beautifully busy all at once. Slowly finding our way back into the next HA collection again :)

By the end of every collection, we gather all our fabric wastage and rework it into playful jogakbo patchwork shirts and jackets — giving leftover pieces a new life in the most fun and unexpected ways.

There are more visuals—just wanted to share and make you a part of my creative process a little 🩵

Somedays, I sit back and reflect on everything I’ve created so far — the textiles, the garments, the little worlds I’ve slowly built through fabric, colour, texture and memory. As I continue drawing and developing new textile designs, I constantly find myself revisiting my older work, trying to understand the threads that have always connected me to it. I think I’m still in the process of discovering my true direction as a designer, but perhaps that search itself is becoming a part of the work.

Lately, I’ve been deeply inspired by Jaipur — its faded architecture, old havelis, hand-painted walls, carved windows, gardens, courtyards, and the quiet romance that exists within the city. At the same time, I find myself endlessly drawn to the world of Tolkien — the feeling of forgotten kingdoms, forests, folklore, softness, mystery and something almost dreamlike and eternal. I love the idea of combining these worlds together: creating textiles that feel fairy-like and poetic, while still carrying the richness of Jaipur, Mughal details, Indian craftsmanship and subtle colonial influences.

I think I’m searching for a language that feels nostalgic yet imaginary at the same time — something rooted in history, but not entirely belonging to any one era. A world where Indian textiles can feel cinematic, romantic and almost mythical, while still remaining deeply personal and handmade.

The Garden Pants are straight-cut trousers featuring a button closure, fly opening, and two pockets. Designed with versatility in mind, their silhouette transitions effortlessly from everyday wear to resort evenings, and even those after-parties that somehow become the real celebration.
Over time, these pants have become deeply cherished within our wardrobe, and we have always imagined them evolving through flat colours, tie-dyes, and patchwork explorations. While refining the pattern, we carefully listened to feedback from our clients — reducing the bulkiness of the pockets to soften the silhouette, and minimising the back elastic so the shape remains relaxed without becoming overly gathered.
We never wanted to take away the functionality of the pockets or the ease of movement. Instead, this pant is a celebration of women constantly in motion — women who hold onto their individuality, their whimsy, and their quiet sense of self through the clothing they wear.
