I was was also completely overwhelmed by the support from friends and family, who traveled from Mackay, Melbourne, Brisbane and Bribie Island. Most of my creative time is spent in a silo, experimenting alone inside the bubble of my comfort zone. As an introvert it’s not always easy for me to be the centre of attention and I really appreciated the people who believe in me and my weird ideas! Australian Wearable Art Festival was such an amazing place to be able to showcase my work,

Jodi Salmond was the model who bought my design to life. I could not have asked for a more generous, vivacious and supportive person to bring movement to my idea.
I actually met her in 2023 when she modeled for Australian Wearable Art Festival for Trebor and Anna Rossi. It has now come full circle.
