Creating a space for innovative and out-of-the-box ideas, and offering variant possibilities with a keen view on the future, the Fashion Design Council of Rajasthan (FDCR), a Non-Profit organization, is the governing body of fashion design in Rajasthan. Represented by 18 Board Members (Royal families and Renowned Celebrities from Rajasthan) and created to
promote, enhance and present the most outstanding Fashion Designers in the state. FDCR mainly focuses on textile, crafts, arts and flavors of Rajasthan. With main motive of promoting khadi and promoting these factors on National as well as International platforms via conducting Exhibitions, fashion shows, trunk shows with the best in class Designers and educating the upcoming talents by theories, literature and practical knowledge about the Legendary Designers and their works. Understanding the complex crafts of the country, it works with textile designers closely to create a unique handprint. Introducing FDCR as a mode of encouragement for designers, retailers, models, make-up artists, hair stylists, choreographers and manufacturers as it capitalizes the sense of vogue beyond creative boundaries by improving business practices.
