Ingredients:
4 lobster tails (or 2 whole lobsters, split)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Lemon wedges for serving
Step 1: Prepare The Lobster
Using kitchen shears, carefully split the lobster tails or whole lobsters lengthwise.
Remove the vein if needed and rinse lightly.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2: Make The Garlic Butter
In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until fully combined.
Step 3: Season The Lobster
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Make sure the butter gets into all the crevices of the meat.
Step 4: Preheat The Grill
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Step 5: Grill The Lobster
Place the lobster shell-side down on the grill.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, depending on size.
Baste frequently with more garlic butter while grilling.
Step 6: Finish With Extra Butter
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, spoon additional garlic butter over the lobster.
Continue grilling until the meat is opaque, juicy, and lightly charred around the edges.
Step 7: Garnish
Remove the lobster from the grill.
Sprinkle with extra parsley and a little lemon zest.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Step 8: Serve
Arrange the lobster on a serving platter.
Serve with lemon wedges and any remaining garlic butter for dipping.
Pair with pasta, grilled vegetables, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
