This piece was commissioned by Anagha for her friend, Dr. Santosh Kumar, a UN war surgeon who served in Gaza. Through several design explorations, the final artwork emerged as something deeply human: a medic carrying a child through destruction.

The image honours caregivers who continue to protect life in impossible circumstances. More than a garment, this shirt was created as an offering of respect and as a small act of healing through art.
