Idk if you noticed the sudden pop of red on our feed but I’ll be honest with you, red is the one colour that doesn’t ask what pattern it’s paired with, it just knows how to grab attention. Florals, checks, plain, polka, it wears all of them without an identity crisis. It doesn’t ask what age either. Works on a one-year-old at her first birthday, works on a fifteen-year-old who thinks she’s too old for matching sets, works on the mums who “promised not to shop for any more weddings”.

Some colours need the right occasion. Red just needs a hanger.👠

Checks have been dressing little boys since before any of us were around to have an opinion about it, and they’ve never once asked for a rebrand.
No trend cycle, no “back this season” just a pattern that’s quietly been right the whole time. Every dad who’s ever worn a checked shirt to a wedding already knows this.
And at a baptism, where everyone else is playing it safe in white and beige, checks are the one that walks in and makes a small, quiet statement without even trying!
