Chilli Liver Fry 🤤🍻
Method:
Prepare the Liver.
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
2. Add the sliced liver, season with salt and pepper.
3. Fry just until the redness disappears. Do not overcook.
4. Remove the liver from the pan and keep aside.
Sauté the Aromatics.
1. In the same pan, reduce excess oil or add a little more if needed.
2. Add sliced red onions, minced garlic, and green chillies.
3. Sauté for a short while until fragrant and slightly softened.
4. Add Vegetables
5. Add the vegetables of your choice, ensuring the pan is not overcrowded.
6. Toss well and cook briefly to retain crunch.
Combine Everything.
1. Return the fried liver to the pan.
2. Toss everything together evenly.
3. Add soy sauce and adjust salt if needed.
4. Finish with Tomatoes, add thinly sliced tomatoes.
5. Mix gently and cook only briefly so the tomatoes don’t become soggy.
Serve.
Mix well, turn off the heat, and serve hot 😬😬
