Anyone who knows me well knows my madness about anything related to Satyajit Ray. My very first design was a block print on Feluda. We still do that. In 2023 I happened to meet two talented persons. One is none other than Rana Basu Thakur and the other person is Prabal Basu . Prabalda was very keen to launch things related to Feluda, not only on sarees but also in men’s wear. We did a lot of brainstorming and went through numerous sketches, made comic versions of dialogues from Feluda movies, selected colours and what not. I re read the Feluda books and thoroughly enjoyed the whole journey. And here is the saree version of the series. Hope you people like it.
