Globe (India) Limited has its headquartered in Kolkata, India with the production base in Bangalore. We are an export house producing home furnishings for the export market. It is a family run business and a public limited company. The Company has been in existence since 1983, however the Export Division was started in 1993. Today the Company Exports is its production to USA, Canada, EU Countries,
South Africa and Australia as its main Markets. Having started with Silk as the main fibre for the Textiles, the Company has now diversified into Linens, Cottons, Polyesters and various Blended Fabrics. It is mainly producing fabrics in running yardages for Drapery, light Upholstery and Home Accessories. The Collection is Designed by a Team of qualified in house Designers in combination with various Design Studios in Europe and is largely sold to Home Textile Editors and High End Distributors. The Collection is regularly shown at Heimtextil Frankfurt, Mood in Brussels and during Proposte in Italy. With small minimums and flexibility in pattern/colour changes, the Company has created a growing market for its Collection.
