BEEHIVE COLLECTIVE in association with
At the end of March, this was just an idea.
A few women sitting together, talking, wondering what if we created something together .
And now, here we are.
The countdown has begun.
In just a few days, Beehive Collective will open its doors with 14 women entrepreneurs, 14 different stories, 13 incredible brands and one shared dream.
I won’t lie, I am a little emotional.
Not just because I have been closely involved in bringing this to life but because over the last few months I have seen something beautiful unfold.
Fourteen women. Different brands. Different personalities. Different perspectives.
Yet everyone showed up with ideas, encouragement and a genuine willingness to make this collective better. No egos. No competition. Just collaboration.
There is an old Bengali saying, “দশে মিলে করি কাজ, হারি জিতি নাহি লাজ.”
Roughly translated it says when we work together, it does not matter whether we win or lose.
That is exactly what this journey has felt like.
For me, the biggest victory is not what happens after the doors open. It is the fact that we dared to dream this together and made it happen.
Everything else, sales, numbers, success, can come later.
This initiative already feels like a win.
Here’s to every incredible woman who believed in this dream.
