Yep, that's how excited and happy I become whenever I see this saree - let alone wear it. Someone recently told me, "make stuff that you would want to wear again and again". This entire collection emerged from this one 'gyaan'. And I heart this saree with a child-like glee - it makes my eyes twinkle amid chaos, it urges me to step back a bit and just witness the world go by. I had previously written how nostalgic the theme of this saree is to me, and to many of my fellow Bengalis - won't reiterate it despite how much I want to. Keeping that aside for some other day.

It's not everyday that we come across sarees that are quirky without having bold colours. If you're a fan of a limited colour palette and yet love sarees with a dollop of madness and quirk, this saree might just be perfect for you. Bhooter Naach

This saree is straight from the heart, for the heart. As a movie buff, whose childhood holidays were spent watching Satyajit Ray classics for kids, this saree unfurled all the nostalgic childhood memories at once. Even now when I try to sing/show this song to my toddler, I wonder how all us Bengalis want these three "bor" or wish in their lives - I'm sure anyone who's watched this film would agree with me in unison.

And if you haven't watched the film and don't understand the context, it's alright. It's a pretty quirky saree that promises to jazz up your mundane Mondays or lazy Thursday outfits - just team it with your favourite cropped top/blouse and you're good to go!

The fabric is 60-count pure handwoven cotton. Hand blockprints adorn the entire saree. We've used pigment dyes for the same.
