As Shubha Design Studio is a sustainable fashion label known for its effortless silhouettes and artistic, quirky prints, today we have announced the launch of our kidswear vertical, Laadla Laadli .India. The new brand is built on the philosophy of making clothing not just wearable, but meaningful—transforming everyday apparel into a canvas of stories, culture, and learning for children.
Founded five years ago....Shubha Design Studio has carved a niche for itself among women seeking comfort-led yet expressive fashion. With a strong focus on skin-friendly fabrics and environmentally aligned practices, the brand has received widespread love and acceptance from women across India and globally.
Building on this success, we have now extended our design philosophy into the world of children’s fashion with Laadla Laadli .India—a brand that seeks to engage young minds through thoughtfully designed clothing inspired by art, culture, and nature.
At the heart of Laadla Laadli .India lies the belief that children’s clothing can go beyond aesthetics to become educational and interactive. Each piece is designed to introduce children to elements of Indian art, culture, mythology, and global influences creating a bridge between the East and the West in a way that is intuitive and engaging.
To bring this vision to life, we have partnered with *Pravitha Nair*, a computer engineer with international experience in Sweden and a trained classical Kathak dancer, along with their dynamic and creative friend known for her cartoon-led storytelling approach. This collaboration brings together design, culture, and visual storytelling to shape a brand universe that is both imaginative and meaningful.
