আষাঢ় নামলো।।

মনে হয় ঋতুর বদলের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে উৎসবের এক নিশ্চুপ আবহ ধীরে ধীরে চারপাশে জেগে উঠছে। ওড়িশার ঐতিহ্যবাহী রজো (Raja) সংক্রান্তি সম্পর্কে আগে খুব বিস্তৃত ধারণা না থাকলেও, কৃষি ও প্রকৃতির সঙ্গে গভীরভাবে জড়িয়ে থাকা এই উৎসবের আবহ সত্যিই অনুভব করার মতো। সেই অনুষঙ্গেই আজ রইলো একটি বিশেষ ওড়িশা হ্যান্ডলুম কোটপাড়—ঐতিহ্য, কারুশিল্প ও সংস্কৃতির মেলবন্ধনে অনন্য এক উপস্থাপনা।

প্রতিটি অঞ্চলের নিজস্ব উৎসব, তার সঙ্গে জড়িয়ে থাকা বয়নশিল্প, রং, নকশা ও ঐতিহ্যের গল্প, সব মিলিয়ে যেন এক আলাদা অনুভূতি তৈরি করে।

ছোট্ট ছোট্ট হাতের স্পর্শ আর হামাগুড়ি দিতে থাকা পুঁচকে মানুষটা যে কবে হুশ করে বড় হয়ে যাবে মায়ের গণ্ডি পেরিয়ে, টের পাওয়া যাবে না! আমরা কত কি ভাবি ছোট খাটো বিষয় নিয়ে তার, খুঁটি নাটি কি প্রয়োজন তার বা অতিরিক্ত চিন্তার দরুন নানা বিষয় এ অহেতুক অন্যমনস্ক হয়ে গেছি কতবার!

তবে বর্তমান পরিস্থিতি কে টেক্কা দিতে গিয়ে অতো সময় কি আমরা মায়েরা পাই! এটা র উত্তর বড়ই আপেক্ষিক। কিন্তু এই শিশুবেলার যে ছোট ছোট জামা কাপড় গুলো হয় তা নিয়ে কিন্তু আমরা যথেষ্ট সচেতন!

আপনার যারা আমাদের এই ক্ষুদ্র একতারা‘র সদস্য তারা জানেন, আমরা ছোটদের পোশাক বানাই খুব সীমিত সম্ভারে! মূলত মানুষের আবদারে! তাই আবার ও কিছু নতুন সংযোজন থাকছে। সঙ্গে থাকার অনুরোধ রইলো।
