Our first big customised Jamdani saree has finally reached its new home, and I feel incredibly overwhelmed, grateful, and blessed. 🌸

A heartfelt thank you to our skilled karigars (weavers) whose dedication and craftsmanship brought this vision to life. Every Jamdani saree is a labour of love, requiring countless hours of weaving and years of expertise. Truly skilled Jamdani artisans are becoming rare, which is why authentic handwoven pieces are so precious.

A special thank you to my client for trusting IRA and our weavers. ❤️ She wasn't a friend or family member—she was someone who discovered me through my Facebook Live and explored our Instagram and pages. What started as a simple conversation turned into hours of calls discussing every little detail—the colours, motifs, and design she dreamed of.

When the saree was finally ready, she absolutely loved it. Seeing her happiness made every moment of this journey worthwhile.

This is exactly why I started IRA—to connect beautiful handloom traditions with people who truly value them.
