The Yamaha RX-135 is a two-stroke engine motorcycle produced by Yamaha since the 1990s. The RX-135 was released around the end of the 1990s. In selected Indian cities, a factory-shipped RX-135 could be bought until August 2009. There were two versions of the bike sold in India a 4-speed version and a 5-speed version.

The original Karizma shared in the era of Indian made performance bikes.

Circa the early 2000s. The Indian motorcycle market was warming up to performance-oriented motorcycles as a new crop of 150cc-180cc motorcycles entered the market.
The star of the Hero Honda Karizma show was undoubtedly the 223cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke engine

Our performance tests showed that the Karizma was pretty quick – 0-60kph.
