Not because we don’t trust you.
Because we want to make sure every order leaving our studio is genuinely wanted.
If you confirm, we ship the same day.
If we can’t reach you, we cancel.
For us, a cancelled order is better than a package travelling hundreds of kilometres only to be refused at the doorstep.
A simple confirmation call helps us reduce waste, work responsibly, and keep building thoughtfully.
