Chikankari Chikankari is a very delicate and intricate handcrafted embroidery, done using white untwisted yarn and the work is known as “Lucknawi Chikan”.

Chikankari is India's private platform for handcrafted embroidery commonly called “Lucknawi Chikan” that are made from traditional techniques, skills and hand-based processes. We link over hundreds of rural chikan embroiders to modern urban markets, thereby creating a base for skilled, sustainable rural employment, and preserving India's traditional handcrafted embroidery in the process. We at Chikankari use premium cotton. pure georgette, chiffon, silk etc.
