P.C. Girls’ School has always held a special place for us at Hannah Khiangte. Our founder’s mother studied here, as did generations of other girls who have passed through its classrooms and been prepared for life through the education, skills and activities the school has always valued.
We were fortunate to collaborate with the school for a Thembu session, and what stayed with us was the children themselves.
For us, The Thembu Project is about that exchange. About craft, community and the possibility of carrying what we have inherited into the next generation.
