Hi, Pratiti is specialised in making fusion from ethnic materials or from Sarees.
Since 20 years, Pratitis has created beautiful designs from Paithani fabrics and Sarees too, It has been covered by various fashion magazines, News Papers and so on.
This ethnic indowestern shirt and western dress has been created from Paithani Suit Piece ie. Kurta,Plain bottom fabric and dupatta.
Such things can be created from Suits, but width of the fabric and dupatta should me more.
