Some homes are designed to impress. Others are designed to tell a story.

This residence is a celebration of thoughtful craftsmanship, layered materiality, and spaces that unfold with character at every turn.

From the sculptural staircase and statement lighting to the bespoke murals, curated textures, and light-filled living spaces, every element was carefully considered to create a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal.

What makes this project truly special is not a single room, but the dialogue between
them—where architecture, interiors, art, and everyday living come together seamlessly.

We are honoured to have this project featured in ELLE Decor, a recognition of the passion, precision, and creativity that shaped every detail of this home.

Designed as one continuous experience, the dining and kitchen spaces are tied together by a striking L-shaped window that wraps the corner with natural light. Framing changing skies and city views throughout the day, it dissolves boundaries and brings an effortless sense of openness to the heart of the home.

The sage-toned cabinetry, patterned flooring, and understated detailing lend character without overwhelming the space, while the circular glass dining table encourages connection and conversation.

Anchoring it all is a sculptural chandelier that hovers above the dining setting like a piece of art, adding movement, drama, and a touch of whimsy.

A space where cooking, gathering, and lingering are all elevated by light, views, and thoughtful design

More than a connection between levels, this staircase becomes a defining architectural feature of the home. Crafted in warm timber with floating treads and glass balustrades, it creates a sense of lightness while drawing the eye upward.

Suspended within the double-height volume, the custom chandelier introduces a layer of artistry and movement. Its lantern-inspired forms appear to float effortlessly through the space, adding rhythm, scale, and visual intrigue from every angle.

Set against earthy olive tones and illuminated by natural daylight, the composition balances structure with softness—transforming a transitional zone into a striking design moment.

A staircase designed not just for movement, but for making an entrance…

Rich walnut finishes, soft olive accents, and sculpted arch detailing come together to create a bedroom that feels calm, collected, and deeply personal.

The custom headboard wall introduces rhythm through repeated arches, while layered textures across the upholstery, bedding, and velvet bench add warmth without overwhelming the space.

Every element has been considered—from the floating shelves and oversized mirror to the pendant lighting that softly frames the bedside.

Extending into the ensuite, dramatic veined stone contrasts beautifully against lighter surfaces, creating a seamless transition between comfort and refinement. The result is a retreat that balances functionality with character, offering a sense of quiet luxury in every corner

Designed as more than just a workspace, this study balances focus with ease through a carefully curated mix of warm timber, earthy terracotta tones, and inviting textures.

A custom floating desk seamlessly extends into the media console, creating a continuous visual flow while maximizing functionality.

The rich wood finishes are softened by textured wall panels and filtered natural light, resulting in an environment that feels productive without being rigid.

The mustard-toned lounge seating introduces a relaxed corner for reading, brainstorming, or taking a pause between tasks, while thoughtful styling and layered materials bring warmth and personality to the room.

A space created to inspire creativity, encourage concentration, and make every working hour feel a little more enjoyable…

Designed as a personal retreat, this bedroom balances bold expression with quiet comfort. The feature wall takes centre stage, where flowing forms in rich Bordeaux and textured neutrals introduce movement, rhythm, and depth to the space.

Curved lines continue through the custom rug, upholstered furnishings, and carefully selected details, creating a visual language that feels cohesive rather than repetitive. Soft fabrics, muted tones, and layered textures temper the stronger accents, resulting in an atmosphere that is both
sophisticated and relaxed.

Framed by marble flooring and bespoke joinery, the room reflects a contemporary
sensibility—distinctive in character, yet effortless in its ex*****on.

A Landscape Within!

Nestled beside the main living area, this den offers a quieter rhythm, one shaped by art,
texture, and reflection. A panoramic mural stretches across the wall, transforming the room into an immersive landscape where earthy tones and layered contours set the mood.

The palette remains restrained, allowing materiality to take centre stage. Textured upholstery, sculpted stone surfaces, and woven finishes come together to create a setting that feels grounded and contemplative.

Designed for unhurried mornings, afternoon reading, or moments of solitude, the space serves as a gentle retreat within the larger home, intimate in scale, yet rich in character.

Gathered Around Light…

Designed as more than just a place to dine, this space brings together conversation, ritual, and everyday living.

Anchored by a sculptural glass dining table and upholstered olive-green chairs, the palette draws from nature while maintaining a sense of understated elegance.

A statement chandelier floats above, casting a soft glow across the space, while the illuminated mandir wall creates a serene backdrop—transforming daily meals into moments of pause and connection.

Beyond, the sage-toned kitchen remains visually connected, allowing the spaces to
flow effortlessly into one another.

Bathed in natural light and layered with thoughtful details, the dining area becomes the heart of the home, where family gathers, stories unfold, and traditions continue

An Evening Room…

Designed as a retreat from the brightness of the home’s shared spaces, this entertainment lounge embraces a richer, more atmospheric palette. Deep blue fluted paneling, dark oak flooring, and dramatic stone surfaces create a sense of depth, while soft natural light filters through layered drapery to balance the mood.

At its heart, a suspended swing transforms the space into more than just a home
theatre, offering a quiet vantage point to unwind, read, or simply take in the view.

Sculptural furnishings, curated artwork, and a monochromatic palette lend the interiors a refined, gallery-like quality.

Completing the experience, the adjoining powder room continues the narrative with glazed blue tiles, black stone, and bold graphic flooring, creating a striking contrast that feels both playful and sophisticated.

A space designed for slower evenings, meaningful conversations, and moments of escape.
