Superset workouts-Twice the gains in half the time!

Here’s why I love super sets
1)They can be done in less time as there is hardly any rest between sets.
2)They are excellent for pumping the targeted muscle group.
3)The are the the best finishers for your workout.
4)They are tough! So they are a true test of your strength and endurance.
5)They are super fun.

I used 2.5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg dumbells and 20kgs on the bar.
The bar was the toughest part of this workout.But you gotta keep pushing!!!
