இவர் பெயர் நாகராஜ் . கோவை குனியமுத்தூரில் National Carrier Solution எனும் consultancy நடத்தி வருகிறார் . வெளிநாட்டில் வேலை வாங்கி தருவதாக பட்டப்படிப்பு முடித்த இளைஞர்களிடம் 2 லட்சம் முதல் 5 லட்சம் வரை முன் பணமாக பெற்றுக்கொண்டு , 2 மாதத்தில் வேலை பெற்று தரவில்லை என்றால் மொத்த பணத்தையும் திருப்பி தருவதாக பொய் உத்தரவாதம் அளித்து ஏமாற்றி வருகிறார் . இவரால் கோவை மற்றுமின்றி அதனை சுற்றியுள்ள பல மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் பட்டதாரி இளைஞர்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர் . பணத்தை திரும்ப கேட்டால் 2 வாரத்திற்குள் திரும்ப தருகிறேன் என்று பொய் கூறி , இதுவரை 10 மாதங்களுக்கு மேல் மோசடி செய்துவருகிறார் . இவரை தேடி அவர் ஆபீஸ்கு சென்றால் எப்பொழுதுமே மூடப்பட்ட நிலையில் உள்ளது . பக்கத்துக்கு கடைகளில் விசாரித்தால் பல மாதங்களாக ஆபீஸ் மூடப்பட்டு இருப்பதாக சொல்கின்றனர் . தினசரி பல பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பட்டதாரி இளைஞர்கள் வந்து விசாரித்து செல்வதாகவும் சொல்கின்றனர் . இவருக்கு கீழே மகேஷ் , சத்யா மற்றும் விவேக் என்பவர்கள் வேலை பார்க்கின்றனர் . அவர்கள் தான் பல்வேறு சமூக வலைத்தளங்களிலும் , கல்லூரி குழுக்களிலும் ( facebook groups ) வேலைவாய்ப்பு பற்றிய தகவல்களை மாணவர்களையும் , வேலை இல்லா பட்டதாரிகளையும் குறிவைத்து பரப்புகின்றனர் .

He gets amount of 2 to 5 lakhs rupees from students and graduates as an advance payment to get the job in abroad and is cheating them by falsely assuring them that he will refund the money if he does not get them the job within 2 months. Many students and graduates have been affected by this. He has been cheating for more than 10 months now, falsely claiming to refund within 2 weeks if we are asking for a refund. If we go to the office in search of him is always closed. By enquiring the stores to the side, they say the office has been closed for months and they have been answering many affected graduates who are in search of him.
