Five years ago, we picked up a brush and a notebook. We never imagined where they would take us.

Every painting, every handwritten name, every language carefully copied, every gift wrapped with love became part of a much bigger story.

To everyone who trusted us with your memories, your celebrations, and your quiet moments—

Thank you for carrying Jasbeer & Aman into homes across the world.

Here’s to the stories we’ve already held, and the thousands still waiting to be written. 🤍

📖
Before I close this journal, there’s a line I want to read out loud for the first time — prompt 30 asks you to finish the sentence ‘Today, I choose ___.’ I sat with it longer than any other page this week.

The last four: a promise to keep to yourself, something to forgive yourself for, three values to carry into tomorrow, and that final, unfinished sentence.

If you’ve been writing alongside us this week — thank you, genuinely. Here’s what these thirty prompts are actually in service of, for me: helping people’s names and stories become something they keep. That’s the work behind Jasbeer & Aman, and behind a lot of what’s coming next on this page.

Last reel of this series — but the journal stays free, always. Link in bio, fill the form, and it’s yours.

Stay, if this felt like something. There’s more I’m building — and a small Collector Circle for anyone who’d like an early look.

I’ve made the same mistake three times this year, if I’m counting honestly. Writing it down today was the first time I actually admitted that out loud, even just to a page.

This batch: the lessons that keep repeating in your life, what makes you feel truly alive, what you need more of this week, and what you need less of.

If this is the first time you’re seeing this series — welcome. Link in bio, one form, and you’ll have all 30 prompts in hand.

Day 6
There’s something I’ve been avoiding for longer than I’d like to admit. I’m not going to tell you what it is — but writing prompt 19 made it impossible to keep pretending I hadn’t noticed.

Today’s four go a little deeper: what you’re avoiding, what boundaries you actually need, what you’re proud of this month, and what you’d tell your younger self if she were listening.

The link’s still in our bio — a small form, and the PDF arrives immediately. A5 print works best.

Someone complimented me last week, and if I’m honest, I still haven’t let myself fully believe it. Writing that down somewhere felt important.

This set: a relationship that deserves more care, something you’re holding onto that you could put down, the kind of compliment you struggle to believe, and what your ideal morning would actually feel like.

No pressure to have started on day one. Link in bio, fill the form, and begin exactly where you are.

I used to think rest was something you had to earn. I’m honestly not sure I believe that anymore.

Today’s four: when you feel most creative, what rest actually means to you, what success looks like once you take money out of the sentence, and which habits deserve more of your attention than they’re getting.

I almost missed something today. If I’m honest, most days I think I do — the small things slip past before I’ve noticed them at all.

This batch is about noticing: a small joy you overlooked, what actually gives you energy, what quietly takes it away, and a childhood memory that still makes you smile without trying.

Still don’t have your copy? Link in bio. One small form, and the PDF is sent straight to you — print it at A5 whenever you’re ready.

There’s a thought I’ve carried all week without quite saying it out loud. Writing it down somewhere felt easier than saying it to anyone.

This week’s pages: what’s occupied your mind, the three words that describe you (harder than it sounds), who you want to become, and what you tend to overthink.

If you’re joining us partway through — that’s completely fine. Link in bio, a short form, and the journal is yours within seconds.
