1)As a policy, we do not block fabrics for our customers. The order is confirmed only when you make the payment and after it gets credited into our account. Once you confirm your order please make the payment immediately so we can start processing it.
2)If you're making the payment later than 24 hrs after communicating with us, please check again for availability before you make payment and make the payment only after we confirm.
3)PLS DON'T URGE FOR DISPATCH ON THE SAME DATE OF PAYMENT.We will send accordingly and that's purely based on the time of payment.So earlier u make payment, earlier you get fabrics delivered.At times, there can be a delay in sending.
4) Price is fixed and no discounts will be given.So Pls don't ask or expect for discounts.
5)No cancellation for any reason will be entertained.If your ordered fabrics are available, you will have to buy it
6) We do not offer CoD so to book the order payment has to be made in advance.
7)NO REFUND or EXCHANGE
No complaint entertained after one week and parcel opening video is must
8)Your order will be dispatched only after full payment.

12)usually if the given address is correct, the parcel reaches u in 4-5 business days after dispatch (can delay in festival season and for that we will let you know while confirming orders)
13) PLS SHOULD INFORM US WHEN U RECEIVE THE PARCEL.We are not responsible for delivery if u didn't follow and inform us with in one week of time from the date of dispatch
