Its 12 manufacturing plants with 6.25 lakh spindles, 172 looms, 95 circular and flat knitting machines produce high-quality cotton, melange, synthetic novelty yarns, denim & knitted fabrics. RSWM Limited recently organised a POSH Virtual Training Session, bringing together 1500+ employees across locations to build greater awareness around workplace safety, respect, and responsible conduct.

The session was led by Advocate Sruthi Iyer, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India, DEI Consultant and POSH Trainer, who addressed key aspects of the prevention of sexual harassment, the importance of a respectful workplace, and the role of the Internal Committee. The session also included an engaging Q&A, encouraging employees to ask questions and deepen their understanding.

RSWM’s Independent Directors recently undertook a familiarisation visit to the Company’s Kharigram, Kanyakheri and Mandapam facilities, gaining first-hand insights into the scale, processes and operational practices across these manufacturing units.

The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful interaction with the leadership and plant teams, along with detailed discussions on operations and on-ground processes. The programme also included an Independent Directors’ meeting and tree plantation activities, reinforcing the Company’s focus on responsible and sustainable growth.

Such engagements enable the Board to deepen its understanding of RSWM’s operations and connect closely with the teams driving the Company’s growth on the ground.

We are pleased to share that Mr. Rajeev Gupta, Joint Managing Director, RSWM Limited, was invited to be part of the CXO Leadership Series 2026–27 at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.

The session brought together approximately 300 students in the auditorium, who had the opportunity to listen to Mr. Gupta’s leadership journey, experiences and success stories, gaining valuable insights into leadership, transformation, RSWM2.0 Journey and real-world business dynamics.
