Eco-Printing Workshop
Spend a slow, immersive day at Studio Itiha in the lush surroundings of Mulshi, Pune, exploring the art of eco-printing and bundle dyeing using leaves, flowers and natural dyes.

You’ll learn how to prepare and mordant fabric, identify plants that create beautiful prints, work with natural dyes and tannins, create mineral mordants, and experiment with seasonal flowers and foliage. You’ll also learn how to bundle, steam and fix your prints so you can continue experimenting at home.

And because this is a day at the studio, there’s time to slow down, enjoy a seasonal lunch and make a cup of herbal tea with flowers you pick yourself.

Two days with the living blue. Everytime I make an Indigo vat, it feels surreal. There is a certain calmness and working with indigo is almost meditative.

After a lot of contemplation, we're here with our first ever studio workshop! Summer is here and so is Indigo season, come deep dive with us into the living blue. In these two days you will learn:
-History and significance of Indigo.
-Make a reduction vat
-Maintaining the vat
-Reviving
-Dip dyeing and Shibori
-Pre and post treatment of fabrics
