💔4 pregnancy losses ke baad shayad mujhe पूरी तरह टूट जाना चाहिए था…
पर मैंने खुद से एक promise किया —
मैं दर्द में रह सकती हूँ,
लेकिन खुद को खोने नहीं दूँगी।” ❤️

Things I followed to slowly build myself again:

1. मैंने खुद को hurt करने वाले thoughts को feed करना बंद किया।
2. हर दिन बस एक चीज़ choose की — खुद का साथ नहीं छोड़ना।
3. मैंने healing को hurry करना बंद किया।
4. लोगों को सब explain करना जरूरी नहीं समझा।
5. Body weak थी, फिर भी मैंने खुद से प्यार से बात करना सीखा।
6. मैंने hope छोड़ने के बजाय, धीरे-धीरे खुद को rebuild किया।
7. और सबसे बड़ा promise —
“किसी भी दर्द में, मैं खुद के खिलाफ नहीं जाऊँगी।” ✨

Healing loud नहीं होती…
कभी-कभी वो सिर्फ इतना होता है —
हर दिन फिर से उठना। ❤️
