he first machine that she bought with a lot of struggle, along with the support of her husband, was called " Fashion Maker". She started her venture with the same name. She started stitching cloths for neighbors, small girls living in her area. She went to many schools to stitch cloths for their gathering, uniforms for students etc. Later, she also started tailoring classes.By then, she was a well-known name in tailoring industry. It was becoming difficult to do so much of work in her small home. She rented a place at a small rent of only 100 Rs near her home. From that 150 sq feet place, she moved to a 250 sq feet and later a three storey showroom with her hard work and dedication. Her family supported her throughout this journey. In this journey of 15 years, she took a lot of efforts. From one machine, she reached to 20 machines, 5 Masters, 15-20 craftsmen, designers to assist. She taught the work and offered jobs to the needy ladies. She trained both her daughters and they also started working with her. The firm that started as " Fashion Maker" is very well known as " S S Fashion Maker" today. The showroom of customized blouses and dresses. The lady who personally used to cut 100s of blouses herself is famous and has demand from not just Pune or Maharashtra but from all over the globe. She is known for her unique designs and perfect fittings.
