My Clothing Treasure is borne out of my love for the 6 yards which was quite evident since my childhood as I loved dressing up in my mother's sarees. Recently a wedding in my family set me on a hunt for authentic Kanjivaram silk sarees...one thing led to another and I got deeper and deeper into this beautiful world of weavers, silks and sarees in general. It really made me wonder why this vast collection available with weavers is not easily available to us!! I had no idea that this thought would give birth to my small venture in months to come! :)

All the sarees you see on my clothing treasure have been personally curated by me. The pricing is competitive without compromising on quality. We take utmost care to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Easy returns available if received saree is faulty by any standards. Yellow, red and green — brought together through the language of Nuapatna Ikkat.

Kathifera has a beautifully considered design.

Its yellow Mulberry Silk body remains understated, with small thread butis adding just a touch of colour.

The border is where the saree reveals its personality.

Three colour layers — red, yellow and green — are arranged with fine Rudraksh dobby detailing, while the characteristic Kathi motif runs through the length.

The same colour story continues into the palla, bringing the saree together with a sense of rhythm and continuity.

Woven in Nuapatna Ikkat in 3/4-ply Mulberry Silk and Silkmark Certified, Kathifera is a beautiful example of how traditional design can remain distinctive without being excessive.

Some sarees tell the story of a single weaving tradition.
Utkala Laxmi tells a slightly different story.

A much-loved Sambalpuri double ikkat design has been reimagined through the single ikkat tradition of Nuapatna.

The result is a saree where two Odisha weaving traditions seem to meet — familiar motifs, a new interpretation, and a palla that deserves a closer look.

The royal elephant is woven in fine cotton, with the flowing, curvilinear forms characteristic of Odisha’s ikkat vocabulary.

The body and blouse are woven in 4-ply mulberry silk, creating a rich black canvas for the vibrant red, green and mustard motifs.

It is not only the finished saree that makes it special.
