Yoga is a form of healing to me. When I get on the mat, everything fades away and I can confront my demons. If it wasn’t for yoga, breath and the practice…I can honestly say I would be lost. There is nothing that touches my heart more than this. Being here, being present, being on the mat ❤️

Morning Affirmation: I Belong Here. Sometimes I wonder why the universe puts us through certain situations. At the time it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. But with certain choices, you take back your power. You rise up from what seems like a black hole. From that darkness, you come to realize what was weighing you down. Point is…we are our choices. And with every choice comes a new lesson and something you learned about yourself. So say thank you…because without these moments we wouldn’t experience growth. Namaste yogis 🙏🏼
