A lot of people think this lock prevents them from being robbed.
But first, it’s against code. Second, if someone breaks that glass, they’re getting in regardless. And finally, I’d rather be robbed than have myself or someone I love burn inside.
ETA: yes I know it’s your house and you can do whatever you want. People pay me to find the defects that people who can do whatever they want to their house, create.
