A Jamdani saree is a traditional, handwoven textile originating from Bengal (spanning present-day Bangladesh and West Bengal, India). Famous for its lightweight sheer muslin base and intricate, "floating" geometric or floral motifs, the technique was recognized as an UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013. And in Banaras, Banarasi Jamdani is another version of it, where the banarasi zari wevaing is weaved into it uniquely! Generally ranging in high ranges, but for soft and elegant look here we're with low range Jamdani's.
