Our passion lies in designing custom-made clothing and accessories for women, utilizing hand-spun and hand-woven fabrics, hand block prints, tie-dye, brush painting, eco prints, and rare authentic Indian hand embroidery. Every piece is crafted in-house, from sarees to party wear, fashion accessories to everyday garments. We proudly offer free nationwide shipping through Priority Mail. Our collection of fashion accessories includes hand-woven and hand-spun scarves, stoles, and shrugs. We specialize in hand block printed and hand-embroidered pieces that add a touch of elegance to any outfit. Our sarees are a testament to the rich heritage of Indian textiles. We design custom-made sarees, focusing on hand-spun and hand-woven silk and cotton. Our specialties include Benaras handloom-made jacquard weaving and exclusive Bengal hand-spun and hand-woven textiles. Each creation is inspired by ancient Indian textile heritage, curated directly from craftsmen and tailored to our clients' unique requirements. Chandana Banerjee, the creative force behind The Handloom Company, brings over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry. Based in California, USA, Chandana has dedicated her career to preserving the age-old craft of Indian handloom. She is a NIFT alumna with additional studies in textile science in the United States. Her global exposure includes attending international fashion fairs like CPD Germany and Copenhagen International Fashion Fair. Chandana's commitment to promoting traditional Indian handloom techniques stands in stark contrast to the rising tide of fast fashion.
