In case you would like to return our products, here is our policy on returns:
1. Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.
2. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final S
ale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. Products under "Sale" and other promotional offers are strictly not eligible for returns.,
Also, any product shipped Internationally is non-returnable.
3. Also, as our Disclaimer mentions, there may be slight variations in the colors of fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries, and weaving of the actual product and image you see on your monitor. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and the capabilities of computer monitors.
4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. For authorization of return of your product please mail to us at 𝐦𝐨𝐡𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐧@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 mentioning the following,

b) Your name
c) Email id
d) Product being returned
e) Reason for Return
6. Our customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Upon authorization of your return request, please follow the steps below:
a) Neatly pack the item you intend to return along with the original packing material. b) Send the product through a reputed courier to the below address

7. Upon completion of the above steps, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your payment.
8. If you opt for store credit, any product can be purchased from our website in exchange for using the store credit worth the amount of your previous order.
9. Refund of the number of Prepaid orders would take around 12 to 15 days to reflect back in your account once initiated by us.
10. Courier Charges Are Deducted in Refund Process. Then Balance Amount Send to Your Bank or Same Payment Method
11. All returns are subject to the discretion of Mohsin Textiles.

Any purchase can be canceled prior to the initiation of the shipment process. Once the shipment process is started, the product in concern will not be eligible for cancellation. Kindly call/mail us to cancel your order.
