We learnt that people are uniquely different, some requested no soap washes on their laundry, some had specific soaps they used, and others liked the smell of detergents all over their soap..... we listened to all these need. We travelled and checked best way to run our little laundromat.... fast forward... the present we have soap separately and pods and conditioner absolutely free. The reason behind it...
1. Our clients can decide by preference how much detergents they want to use.
2. Our clients can carry their own detergents and it doesnt get mixed with others.
3. Our clients can decide on those delicate cloths like babies cloths or adults with sensitive noses, to not use soap at all and still enjoy clean wash.
4. Our clients can see the detergents we us on their cloths and the soap is not hidden. Transparency is key to avoid things like allergies.

And every day our clients leave our premises when their cloths are clean, soap or no soap.... we are happy, mission complete, we have catered to many different needs.

Let us introduce our Boss.

He may not know each client's needs, or clerical work, or actual cleaning, heck the whole vision of starting a laundry may not have been something he would ever dream of, but when a machine stops, when we need any maintenance water electricity or even encounter language barrier, we put a quick call to him. He plays major roles and surely we are here thanks to him. A backbone to Afroviking.
