Stundum lítum við út fyrir að vera sterk að utan, en að innan finnum við fyrir kvíða, þreytu, einmanaleika eða tilfinningu um að tilheyra ekki alveg.
Lífið á Íslandi getur verið erfitt fyrir marga - sérstaklega þegar við berum mikla ábyrgð, ofhugsum, erum undir streitu eða reynum alltaf bara að halda áfram og lifa af.
Þess vegna er ég að skapa rólegt og mannlegt rými fyrir fólk sem þarf einfaldlega: að hægja á sér, að tala, að anda, að finna sig séð án fordóma, að fá meiri skýrleika og innri ró
Þetta er ekki meðferð.
Þetta er mannleg nærvera, leiðsögn, slökun og samtal.
Ef þú ert andlega þreytt/ur, tilfinningalega yfirhlaðin/n, týnd/ur í hugsunum eða þarft öruggt rými til að tengjast sjálfri/sjálfum þér aftur - þá ertu velkomin/n.

That’s why I’m creating a calm and human space for people who simply need:
to slow down, to talk, to breathe,

to find clarity and inner structure again.
This is not therapy.
This is real human guidance, presence, relaxation, and conversation.

Let’s Talk — A Space to Feel Human Again
There are many people living here who quietly carry the same feeling:
not fully belonging, not fully seen, always a little outside.
Life becomes routine, responsibilities grow, and somewhere along the way,
the connection to yourself becomes quieter.
You function, you manage, you keep going —
but inside there is tension, overthinking, or a sense that something is missing.
This space is created for exactly that moment.
“Let’s Talk” is not therapy.
It’s not pressure.
It’s not fixing you.
It is a place where you can:
slow down
feel safe without expectations
speak freely or sit in silence
be met without judgment
Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from being told what to do.
It comes from being seen, heard, and gently guided back to what matters.
Whether you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of holding everything inside —
you don’t have to carry it alone.
This is a human space.

Brostu… jafnvel þótt gærdagurinn hafi verið erfiður. Faðmaðu einhvern – jafnvel þótt þér finnist þú veikburða sjálfur. Hlustaðu – jafnvel þótt röddin innra með þér kalli. Vertu þakklátur fyrir það sem þú hefur – jafnvel þótt draumar þínir séu enn á leiðinni. Hjálpaðu aðeins þeim sem eru veikari, jafnvel þótt þú þurfir sjálfur á hjálp þeirra sem eru sterkari að halda. Vertu rólegur – jafnvel þótt aðrir bíði eftir gráti þínum. Og fyrirgefðu… því oftast særir það ekki af ásettu ráði, heldur af fáfræði. Vertu fyrirmynd, jafnvel þótt þér finnist þú ekki fullkominn. Og þú þarft ekki einu sinni að vera það. Raunverulegt líf snýst ekki um fullkomnun. Það snýst um mannkynið…
Þann sem heimurinn skortir svo mikið í dag. Ef þetta verður líka von umhverfis þíns –
verður það bjartara. Það verður eins og paradís. En það er mannlegt eðli að eyðileggja það sem við höfum sjálf skapað. Svo kannski vorum við ekki sparkað út úr paradís…
Kannski eyðilögðum við það bara sjálf.

Smile… even if yesterday was hard.
Hug someone – even if you feel weak yourself.
Listen – even when your voice inside is calling out.
Be grateful for what you have – even if your dreams are still on the way.
Help only the weaker, even if you yourself need the help of the stronger.
Keep calm – even if others are waiting for your cry.
And forgive… because most often it hurts not intentionally, but out of ignorance.
Be an example, even if you don’t feel perfect.
And you don’t even have to be.
Real life is not about perfection.
It’s about humanity…
The one that the world lacks so much today.
If this becomes the aspiration of your environment too –
it will be brighter.
It will be like paradise.
But it is human nature to destroy what we ourselves have created.
So maybe we weren’t kicked out of paradise…
Maybe we just ruined it ourselves.

Do you know what I am increasingly convinced of? That the most important feeling in life is happiness. Only not the one from pictures or TV series. But such a real, earthly, everyday one. For one, happiness is when the first flower blooms on the windowsill. For another, when the whole family sits down at the table, when children laugh, when friends knock on the door without a reason. For me, happiness is when I have someone to love. When someone believes in me, when I can do what is dear to me. Happiness is when the morning begins with a sense of meaning, and the evening - with gratitude. And, you know, happiness does not come when everything is perfectly arranged. It appears when we allow ourselves to live. Just to be, to feel, to give, to receive. One of the most important things I have understood is that happiness is very much related to whether you feel needed. When you know that you are not just for fun, but really important to someone. When you can touch another person's life and leave light in it. Happiness is inner peacefulness 🙏💫

Þú þarft ekki að hafa allt á hreinu.
Þú þarft ekki að útskýra hvers vegna þú ert þreytt/þreyttur.
Þú ert ekki að bregðast í lífinu.
Þú ert ekki of seint á ferðinni.
Þú ert ekki brotin/brotinn.
Það sem þú ert að finna fyrir er skiljanlegt. Hver sem hefði gengið í gegnum það sama myndi finna svona til.
Þú gerðir þitt besta með það sem þú hafðir - og það var nóg.
Þú þarft ekki að vinna þér inn hvíld.
Þú þarft ekki að vinna þér inn ást.
Þú þarft ekki að vinna þér inn umhyggju.
Þú mátt hætta að halda öllu saman.
Þú mátt þurfa á einhverjum að halda.
Þú mátt vera mjúk/mjúkur, jafnvel eftir allt sem þú hefur gengið í gegnum.
Þú skiptir máli - jafnvel á dögum þegar þú gerir ekkert.
Þú ert verðug/verðugur - jafnvel þegar þú efast.
Þú ert elskuleg/elskur - jafnvel þegar þér finnst þú ekki vera það.
Ég sé hvað þú reynir mikið.
Ég sé hvað þú berð hljóðlega.
Ég sé hlutana í þér sem enginn þakkaði.
Þú ert ekki of mikið.
Þú varst bara beðin/beðinn um að vera sterk/sterkur of lengi.
Þú þarft ekki að flýta bataferlinu.
Þú þarft ekki að fyrirgefa áður en þú ert tilbúin/tilbúinn.
Þú þarft ekki að vera í lagi núna.
Þú ert örugg/öruggur að anda.
Þú ert örugg/öruggur að hvílast.
Þú ert örugg/öruggur að vera hér.
Og jafnvel þótt þú getir ekki trúað þessu enn -
þá ert þú samt djúpt, óumdeilanlega verðug/verðugur ástar.

You don’t need to be stronger than this.
You don’t need to have it figured out.
You don’t need to explain why you’re tired.
You are not failing at life.
You are not behind.
You are not broken.
What you’re feeling makes sense. Anyone who lived what you lived would feel this way.
You did the best you could with what you had - and that was enough.
You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to earn love.
You don’t have to earn being cared for.
You are allowed to stop holding everything together.
You are allowed to need someone.
You are allowed to be soft, even after everything.
You matter -even on the days you do nothing.
You are worthy - even when you doubt it.
You are lovable - even when you feel unlovable.
I see how hard you try.
I see how much you carry quietly.
I see the parts of you no one thanked.
You are not too much.
You were just asked to be strong for too long.
You don’t have to rush healing.
You don’t have to forgive before you’re ready.
You don’t have to be okay right now.
You are safe to breathe.
You are safe to rest.
You are safe to be here.
And even if you can’t believe this yet -
you are still deeply, undeniably worth loving.
