“The partnership between Susi Hub and I.B.M.S. Design represents a winning combination, culminating in what is likely the company’s most iconic project.
Despite not belonging to an international giant, this boutique has managed to transform the face of Latina, becoming a true design gem in the heart of the city and a reference destination well beyond local boundaries. For Susi Hub, the intervention was not limited solely to interior design. Everything originates from the vision of the creative mind behind the project, capable of conceiving an out-of-the-box work.
I.B.M.S. Design then gave shape to that intuition, translating it into reality through the complete realization of the facades and stairs. The result is a complete project, in which the ability to coordinate every technical detail has made an ambitious dream tangible. The distinctive trait lies in the masterful interweaving of materials. Steel, wood, and mirrored surfaces coexist in a single, harmonious vision, without fragmentation.
The integration of LED systems amplifies the dramatic effect, creating a play of lights and high-impact reflections. Notwithstanding the aesthetic peculiarities of the four floors, the guiding thread remains the emotion aroused in the visitor.
