We have been working in the apparel industry since 1979, putting ourselves up for a high-quality manufacturing of men, ladies and children garments. For over 30 years we’ve been specializing in producing sport, casual and fine outwear especially padded /non- padded jackets, parka, trenchs , coats, kaban and down jackets that we manufacture with advanced and r
efined technical details and particular skills, heat-welded , dyed/washed garments and adhesive fabric outwear. Our organization operates both under contract basis and with self-production – for the last option we have our own buying office for customers who may choose to work under manufacturing basis . Our factory can offer the following services :
- Cutting department : hand-made and automatic cutting – s. Investronica™.
- Manufacturing department and production chain: : we have our own workshop of experienced workers under the supervision of a competent master ;
- Ironing department : we have our own ironing dept. so we can follow this delicate process from the beginning to the end;
- Test Department /Quality department: this final procedure is followed by a specialized team in order to have the garments ready to be delivered only after the quality inspection ;
- Pattern-making department : we have a well-equipped atelier for the following tasks:
- Creation of Patterns;
- Creation and realization of Prototypes
- sizes development for any kind of garment.

- Sample runs, collections and production : we operate in strict collaboration with a well-established Italian network of skilled laboratories who have been working solely for R.B.S. since the beginning of our activity; they’re specialized in producing different sets of outwear and in providing special treatments such as washing/dying – heat-welding – embroidering - AMF - silk screen printings and feather direct injection. All these services are provided also for prototypes and samples series whenever they are produced according to future orders for production. We are a team of 90 people focused on following all our customers and their needs and we’re able to ensure that each garments is produced with attention and care that are the distinctive values of Made In Italy and Italian Tradition. srl guarantees high-quality and respect of the agreed production lead-time reaching a monthly production of 5-6000 finished garments depending on the style; our reliability and flexibility have allowed us to enter in business relationship with some of the most renowned and prestigious worldwide Fashion Brands.
