A closer look at the craftsmanship behind one of the standout pieces from the debut collection.
Inspired by the Barbadian Shaggy Bear tradition, this look was created entirely from recycled fabric scraps collected throughout the making of the collection. Each strip was individually applied onto structured panels before being layered with soft inner lining and constructed into the final silhouette.

After weeks of detailed handwork, the piece traveled from Barbados to Milan, where we completed fittings, finalized the runway styling, and debuted the look during Milan Fashion Week. A cultural reference transformed through an editorial, high fashion lens.

We’ve been intentionally quieter online while focusing on upcoming projects, presentations, expansion and the next phase of TIALANI behind the scenes. As we continue rolling out more moments from Milan and beyond, stay tuned for what’s next for TIALANI this summer 🤎
