Thank you to Domus Academy and Clivet for inviting us to collaborate. During the recently concluded Product Design Master’s workshop, we had the pleasure of exploring the future of localized comfort and adaptive micro-climates alongside the students. An applied research journey bridging design, innovation, and indoor well-being for contemporary living.

Recently, our senior designer Manuel Frasson joined Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (GAFA) as course jurors, exploring CMF designs for .
Students, faculty, and jurors turned the evaluation into an open dialogue, making design a bridge between education, industry, and innovation, empowering the next generation of designers.

At Hong Kong’s Business of Design Week (), was invited to speak on a topic that is particularly close to our hearts: Gentle Tech.

Fabio believes in a future where technological objects are designed to be less “hi-tech” and more human or naturally integrated into everyday life. Durante la Settimana Internazionale del Design Industriale di Hebei 2025, Manuel Frasson ha presentato la nostra filosofia progettuale: Gentle Tech.

Si tratta di una visione che mette le persone al centro, dove la tecnologia si integra con naturalezza nella vita quotidiana. Un design che nasce dai bisogni reali, porta calma e armonia e crea un legame autentico tra l’uomo e la tecnologia.

FVDS debuts at the 2025 Hebei International Industrial Design Week!

Three days of pure inspiration: a celebration of creativity, technology, and culture, sharing ideas and visions with designers from all around the world. For us, design goes beyond form: it’s energy, innovation, and transformation: a driving force that shapes industries and enhances everyday life.

A heartfelt thank you to the organizers for the invitation and support, and to all the creative partners who made this event so inspiring. Thanks also to Guizhou Industrial Design City, Tontine Technology Industrial Development Co., Ltd., and Master Lu Huaying, an intangible cultural heritage artist specialized in bamboo weaving.

At the beginning of June, we had the pleasure of taking part in the design workshop titled "Shaping Smart Eyewear: From Storytelling to Brand Language".

It was a great pleasure and a valuable opportunity for reflection and discussion to engage with the students working on such a challenging project.

Thanks to Essilor Luxottica and Politecnico di Milano for making this extraordinary adventure possible. A special thanks also to the Politecnico staff, the professors, and the teaching assistants: .battiston, , Lorenza Fais, , , Lise Tyler, , , Davide Spallazzo.

All'inizio di giugno abbiamo avuto il piacere di partecipare al laboratorio progettuale dal titolo "Disegnare un prodotto di Smart eyewear: brand language e storytelling".

È stato un grande piacere, oltre che una preziosa occasione di riflessione e dibattito, poterci confrontare con gli studenti mentre lavoravano a questo progetto stimolante.

Grazie a Essilor Luxottica e a Politecnico di Milano per aver reso possibile questa straordinaria avventura. Un grazie speciale anche allo staff del Politecnico, ai docenti e agli assistenti: .battiston, , Lorenza Fais, , , Lise Tyler, , , Davide Spallazzo.
