From shadows deep, she rose anew,
A phoenix born of storm and rue,
Blue wings of fragility, yet fierce and bright,
Reclaiming her strength inside the night.

Once broken by the hands of fear,
Betrayal’s echo still so near,
Her heart scarred, yet beating still,
A silent roar, an iron will.

They thought her gone, too fragile, frail,
But she ignited with her own trail,
From ashes cold, she soared above,
A symbol of resilience, of fierce love.

Her wounds no healer’s touch could mend,
Yet now she stands, a fierce defend,
Of hope, of truth, of rising high,
A blazing force beneath the sky.

Fear her no more, behold her might,
A woman that turned into a light,
Healing scars with fiery grace,
Prepared to change the world’s cruel face.

As Sunset whispers softly near,
I hold a gentle truth that is so clear
There’s no need to blame, to doubt, or fear,
For all is as it’s meant to be here.

No single story defines our way,
Just lessons learned from each new day,
Encountering souls who come to sway
Our hearts, our minds, our fears away.

Some gave us love, some help us grow,
Some heal the wounds we can’t quite show,
And through these bonds, we come to know
Our strength, our purpose we shall let it flow.

Trust that in the universe’s glow,

In the quiet depths of loving true,
It’s never your fault if what hearts do.
Wired to give, to connect, to feel,
To lift, to hope, to love what’s real.

Sometimes betrayed, lied and used,
Of their hearts that is confused.
Past wounds linger, shadows cast,
But remember your worth will always last.

This heartbreak is part of a grander plan,
God and the universe guiding the man.
Lessons woven into life’s design,
Awakening strength that’s truly divine.

In a world of billions, vast and wide,
Someone’s meant to stand by your side.
Values aligned, intentions pure,
A true love that’s destined to endure.

Let go of grudges, shed the hate,
Thank those winds that carried fate.
For opening your eyes to see what’s behind
Your resilience is growing with fate in your eyes

Every pain is a guiding star,
Leading closer to who you are.

FINDING MY WAY HOME

A love that waited with quiet faith, knowing that one day she will reunite again with her true self🤍

A hundred deaths since childhood’s dawn
A million times she survived and drawn
Through cruel winds that tore the past
Yet here she stand, alive at last.

Deep in the woods where once they played,
She found the girl who stayed and stayed.
Her inner child she called Choneta
Like CHONA She is Fierce and bright
No trace of fear or fading light.
Her head held a sovereign grace,
Commanding peace within that place.
Determined that the world she’d make
Would shield the hearts that bleed and ache.
In flowy silk of purest white,Like her long hair that caught the night.
Her arms were open, wide and free
A living badge of freedom and liberty.
My tears fell fast upon the stone,”Forgive me Choneta from now you will alone.
I am sorry that failed to shield your tender years
“But softly, she dismissed my sadness and fears.
You did your part in her voice rang clear,
You had to leave to conquer our fear.
You left to find our people, to build the way,
And turn our darkness into a sunny day
I knew you left me for something grand
To bring safety to this land.
Not only for Us also but for all voiceless in fears whose grief has taken they Innocent souls
I love you, Chona, I am soproud of you

I waited here in the place where you had to go.

Lord God, whatever situation I am facing right now, I trust in Your divine plan. This moment does not weaken my faith, instead, it makes it stronger and more unbreakable. You didn’t just put me on a roadblock, but You tested my perseverance and my fears as a human. Above all this external turmoil, You are working within my soul molding my faith, strengthening my inner spirit, and refining the sincerity of my belief.

Thank You, Almighty Father, for all the trials You have given me, every pain and sorrow, especially for taking away those dear to me. I understand now that these seasons are part of Your divine purpose for my life. I accept that I face my battles alone, but I am never truly alone,You have wrapped me with divine protection. My spiritual angels surround me, guarding me from harm and evil. No negative intention can come near me, You remove them swiftly, and Your angels watch over me faithfully.

Thank You, Lord, for my strength today. The pain and sorrow is gradually fading, and I trust that in Your perfect timing, everything will be restored. Thank You for the purpose You have written for my life. As you revealed in my dream, I may not cover the entire sky, but I can be a shining star brightening someone’s darkness and sparkling like a diamond in times of despair.

Today, we celebrate Father’s Day , a day to honor and appreciate the incredible fathers in our lives. They are often the pillars of strength, love, and guidance to their family and today/everyday we recognize them for all they do.

The month of June is also “Men’s Mental Health Month”It is dedicated to raising awareness about men’s mental health challenges,

Beyond celebration, I want to take a moment to acknowledge and stand in solidarity with all the fathers who may be going through difficult times. Some are battling inner struggles, facing challenges that are hidden behind their smiles.

Let’s celebrate not only the fathers who are thriving but also those who are fighting to break free from the burdens they carry. Let’s celebrate not just fatherhood, but also the courage to overcome darkness and find hope again.

Too often, society labels men as “strong” and expects them to “take whatever life throws at them.” But beneath that strength, they are human made of flesh, heart that beats, and feelings that deserve to be acknowledged.

Men should not have to hide their pain or feel they are alone in their struggles. Every man’s mental health journey is valid, and they deserve to be heard, accepted, and supported equally. Many have lived in darkness for too long, desperately seeking light but unsure how to reach it alone.
They need our support. They need to know it’s okay to speak out. It’s not a sign of weakness to ask for help and support it’s a brave step towards healing.

Let’s stand together for the men in our lives fathers( Tatay), brothers, friends who may be struggling. Instead of judgment, let’s choose empathy and love. Together, we can create a world where Healthier Men Mean Happier Homes and Stronger Communities.
