Creativity deserves respect.
In 2024, Wild Tee and graphic designer Alessandro Locatelli developed an original design to be printed on technical T-Shirts as part of the ongoing Wild Tee × Buckled Collaborative Capsule Collection. Two years later, a strikingly similar design appeared on the official race shirt included in the 2026 Cortina Dobbiaco Run race pack, produced by Joma.
We possess the original working files documenting the entire design process and its creation date, and we believe the similarities speak for themselves.
As an independent brand built on research, originality, design & running culture, we cannot remain silent when our creative work appears to have been reproduced without authorization.
Today we publicly request:
- an official acknowledgment of the situation;
- a transparent explanation of how this design was created and by whom, human or otherwise;
- the immediate cease & desist of this product, the withdrawal of all remaining stock, and reimbursement of the value of the race shirt to those who paid for it as part of the race pack;
- the removal of all images and promotional material featuring the shirt from official websites and social media channels.
We are taking the necessary legal steps to protect our intellectual property and the work of our collaborators.
