y, in the late 70s we took the opportunity to move to the current headquarters in Basilicagoiano to immerse the company in a green perspective, creating around it large green spaces, a lake and a dedicated area at the cultivation of fruit trees, all available to the entire staff. This context meant that the typical “back workshop” was not created, but rather it gave us the opportunity to start waste management in years when the meaning of the term was not clear yet. We believe that responsible behavior and respect for the environment are also essential in commercial relations, therefore LABAM has taken significant measures with the aim of minimizing any possible negative effect on the environment. Da sempre attenti alla sostenibilità, nella fine degli anni ’70 abbiamo colto l’occasione del trasferimento nell’attuale sede di Basilicagoiano per immergere l’azienda in un’ottica green, realizzando intorno ad essa grandi spazi verdi, un lago ed una zona dedicata alla coltura di alberi da frutto, il tutto a disposizione dell’intero staff. Questo contesto ha fatto si che non si creasse il tipico “retro officina“, ma piuttosto ci ha dato la possibilità di iniziare la gestione dei rifiuti in anni in cui non era ancora chiaro nemmeno il significato del termine. LABAM dimostra con totale trasparenza la propria responsabilità sociale verso l’ambiente attraverso l’utilizzo di materiali sostenibili e del tutto riciclabili. LABAM si impegna a mettere il tema della sostenibilità al centro della propria produzione. I grandi investimenti affrontati nell’ambito delle tecnologie e materiali sostenibili rappresentano una nuova possibilità per una moda che rispetta l’ambiente. FR
Depuis toujours sensibles au développement durable, à la fin des années 70 nous avons saisi l’occasion du transfert au siège actuel de Basilicagoiano pour immerger l’entreprise dans une optique green, en créant des espaces verts autour du siège, un lac et une zone dédiée à la culture d’arbres fruitiers, le tout à la disposition de tous nos employés. Ce contexte a permis de ne pas créer le typique « arrière-atelier », mais nous a plutôt permis de commencer la gestion des déchets à une époque où même le sens du terme n’était pas encore clair. Afin d’améliorer son impact sur l’environnement, LABAM intervient sur tout le cycle de production de ses articles en minimisant les émissions, en réduisant la production de déchets et en optimisant les usinages et les ressources disponibles. LABAM démontre en toute transparence sa responsabilité sociale envers l’environnement par l’utilisation de matériaux durables et entièrement recyclables. LABAM s’engage à mettre le thème du développement durable au centre de sa production. Les grands investissements réalisés dans le secteur des technologies et des matériaux durables constituent une nouvelle possibilité pour une mode respectueuse de l’environnement.
